1-Placing An Order For A 7D Website

Customers can order a 7D website by the order form on this website, by email or phone.

2-Making Payment

Payment can be made before or after submitting content for the website however work will not begin until the basic payment is received. (See our home page for price).

3-Payment Method

Customers can make payment by PayPal or money transfer. Money transfers can be a direct bank deposit or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).

4-Submitting Content
| |
Images and text should be sent to us by email. If the customer requires specific page titles and paragraph titles, they should be included in a way that can easily be transferred to the website without misunderstanding. Images should be no larger than 600x600 pixels. If more than SEVEN pages are required, additional pages can be purchased for $1 each. If the limit of 3 images and 500 words per page is exceeded, the page will be considered equal to 2 pages, and if the limit is more than doubled, the page will be considered equal to 3 pages etc. If the customer requests a sitemap page when submitting content, we will add the sitemap page for no additional cost.

5-Image Sizes

Our website templates often require images with a minimum or maximum height and width or a specific height-width ratio.
If we can, we'll inform the customer of the requirements and the customer will be required to submit suitable images.
If we are not aware of the image requirements for a specific website template, we'll work with you to achieve a good result.

6-Additional Services

Customers requiring additional services should notify us by email or phone and make necessary payments so we can then commence work as soon as possible.

7-Domain Name Registration and Web Hosting
| |
If the customer chooses to have their website on their own domain name, the domain name needs to be purchased at or transferred to www.au-domainnames.com.au, likewise if the customer chooses to host their website on their own web hosting account, the customer needs to purchase web hosting at www.anakin.com.au. The customer should consult with us to ensure a compatible web hosting package is purchased.

8-Refunds

If we're unable to fulfill any of our promises, as stated on this website, we'll offer the customer the choice to renegotiate the terms or receive a full refund. If a customer pays for additional services in advance and as a result of discussing the details wishes to cancel, the customer can request a full refund.

9-Cancellation Fees
| |
A $10 cancellation fee will be charged for cancelling a website order. If the paid amount is less than $10 then the cancellation fee will become that amount. If the details of an "additional service" have been discussed and payment requested, the customer will not be able to receive any refund.
