You can carefully look through your website making a list of desired modifications. Send your list to us in an email and we'll have your website updated WITHIN 7 DAYS.

For $10, your website will remain online for another 12 months. This includes your subdomain name, shared hosting and free email address.

If you'd like advice about creating content for your website or instructions to login and find your way around your control panel, you can purchase a 15 minute telephone lesson for $10. You can be anywhere in Australia and take the call on a mobile or land line. You'll be given a specific time and you'll be able to choose a date which suits you.

Most people who have a website want Google and other search engines to index and promote their website.

By placing links on other websites to your websites, Google and other search engines will find and index your website. You can place links on other websites yourself or you can ask us to do it for you. The fee is $10 for each website having one or more links to your website.

When search engines index your website, they look for "metatags" to find out what your website is about and what kind of people will be interested in it. Metatags are imbedded into the coding and not visible to regular internet users. For each web page, you can create a page title, page description and, most importantly, a list of keywords. We can insert your metatags for you or we can create and insert them ourselves for $1 per page.

If you'd prefer NOT to waste time writing content for your website, we can take your notes by email or ideas over the phone and turn them into professional English which is easy to read and easy to understand. The fee for this service is $1 per 10 characters as counted by wordcounter.net. As an example, our home page has 270 words and would cost $27 for us to create. This page has 846 words and would cost $84.60 to create. This blue website, which has 11 pages, has 2347 words and would cost $234.70 for us to create. After the copy has been written and uploaded, we'll go through the proofreading process (see below) and then offer the customer the opportunity to do a self review (see above).

After you request proofreading, we'll go through your website content and make a list of suggested improvements. We'll send you the list by email for you to agree to all the suggested changes or you can approve or deny each change. On hearing back from you, we'll proceed to implement the changes and replace the old web pages with the updated ones. We'll then immediately reread the web pages to ensure the changes have been made correctly. Alternatively, you can request us to implement the improvements as soon as we list them without consulting you. In order to relocate areas of concern, we may separate content into smaller paragraphs and number each paragraph for the proofreading process. On completion of the proofreading process, the customer is entitled to one free self review (see above). In regards to price, we'll record the time it takes to proofread, list suggested improvements, implement and proofread the changes. From our experience, the total time is equal to approximately 1 minute per 50 words + 1 minute per suggested improvement. As an example, a 500 word page with 5 suggested improvements will take around 15 minutes and incur a fee of approximately $15 ($1 per minute). Content which has numerous errors and ideas which do not flow may need many modifications and many rewordings thus requiring another full proofreading or several. In this case, the proofreading fee may reach our copywriting fee so the the lower copywriting fee ($1 per 10 words) will be charged. In other words, the 500 word page as mentioned above has a maximum proofreading fee of $50 ($1 per 10 words).

Request your login details and we'll send you a link, your username and your password so you can log into your account. You can make as many modifications as often as you like by yourself. You can choose a new template design, a new colour scheme, add text and images and even add new pages.
